  1. The service. Puppy Routine provides schedule estimates and household coordination for puppy care. Estimates are statistical patterns computed from your own records — they are not veterinary, medical, or professional training advice, and no outcome (including house-training speed) is guaranteed. In-app content uses reward-based methods and general guidance only; consult your veterinarian or a qualified behavior professional for your dog's specific needs.

  2. Your account. You sign in with Apple and are responsible for the members you invite. Owners control membership and may revoke access at any time; temporary helpers' access ends automatically at its stated expiry.

  3. Your content. You own the records and photos you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store and sync them to your household. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

  4. Subscriptions. Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple Account ($5.99/month or $39.99/year, with any stated free trial). It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in iOS Settings. One subscription covers the whole household. If a subscription lapses, your data is retained and free features continue.

  5. Acceptable use. No attempts to access other households' data, probe the service, or misuse invites. We may suspend accounts that do.

  6. Disclaimers & liability. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gongqing Zhang's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

  7. Changes & termination. We may update these terms with notice in the app. You may delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy for the 30-day deletion timeline).

  8. Governing law. California, USA. Any dispute arising from these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.
