Common questions

My subscription didn't unlock Plus

Open Profile → the subscription card → Restore. That asks the App Store directly. If it still says Free, the purchase may be waiting on approval (Ask to Buy or a bank confirmation) — Plus unlocks on its own when it clears, with no further action from you.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps your records; the app returns to the free tier at the end of the period.

Are the potty predictions veterinary advice?

No. They are statistical patterns computed from the records you enter, and they carry no guarantee. For anything about your dog's health or behaviour, talk to your veterinarian or a qualified behaviour professional.

Does the app track our location?

No. Puppy Routine never requests location permission — walks are timed, not tracked — and the location a camera records in a photo is dropped when the photo is saved.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete account. Access ends immediately and your data is hard-deleted within 30 days.
